What you could earn, step by step.

Step 1 is your own climb. Every deal you close — new project or subsale — lifts you higher up the commission ladder. Reach a tier and it's yours to keep: from there, every deal pays you more, all the way to 90%.

SKB 2.0 is built around the Trifecta — three income paths. This tool covers the first two: your personal commission (Step 1), and overriding — what your team (Step 2a) and the teams they build (Step 2b) earn you. The third path, your units, is a simulator of its own.
STEP 1 Your deals
Set your deals across both engines. Every one lifts you higher — and once you climb a tier, you keep it.

Your ladder — you fill it from the bottom up:

Your rate climbs with you

Every deal lifts you toward the next rung. Reach a tier and it's yours for good — you never step back down. The higher you go, the more every single deal pays you. At the top, you keep 90% of every fee.

Step 2a is your team. You keep climbing your own ladder — and every person you bring in pays you on top, on every deal they close, for as long as they produce.

Overriding rewards the climb twice: the higher your tier, the bigger your slice of every recruit's deal. This step shows your direct (L1) recruits — deeper levels come later.
STEP 2A Your team
Set your own tier, then model one recruit — and how many like them you bring in.
Your commission tier80%
Your recruit's tier
A newer recruit throws off a bigger pool to you. As they climb they keep more — so recruit early and grow them.

Recruit early, earn more

Your override on each deal is your tier × the recruit's pool — and the pool is set by where the recruit sits, so juniors pay you the most. Here's what every RM10k of one recruit's production pays you at your 80% tier.

Step 2b is duplication. You recruit a few good people — and they do the same. Three levels deep, a small team becomes a large one, and every deal at every level sends something up to you.

This is the Trifecta Effect: your climb, your team, and their teams all paying you at once. Shown here to three levels (L1–L3) — the structure runs deeper still.
STEP 2B Your tree
Set the shape of your team, then watch what three levels of duplication pays you.
