Assumptions behind these numbers
NPPF = the project's professional fee after SST — the pool shared with agents. Overriding is on new-launch deals only.
Recruits start at 60% and climb to 90% over ~RM420,000 of production (about 42 deals at RM10k each).
Act 1 (climb total) is calculated at your current tier — a higher tier earns more from the same recruits. It is based on total production, so it is fixed in ringgit regardless of deal size; a bigger deal only shortens the journey and raises the monthly figure.
For the L2 chain, the middle person (L1) is held at one fixed rate you choose (default 80%) — set it in Advanced. L1 keeps that %; the rest passes up to you.
Act 2 (monthly) assumes the mature state — every agent, including you, at 90%.
All recruits produce at the same NPPF and pace you set, with no churn and no recruitment beyond the structure shown.
